Laneybugs!
I have started my own small business from home! It is a ton of fun and gets my creative juices flowing! It's called Laneybugs and is a vinyl business. I can put customized letters on almost anything! Below are some photos of some of my work!

It's craft time again!
Oh how I love crafts! Especially those that involve my little girls! This was one that I had planned for November but just now got around to doing it. So it's a "fall craft" in December but oh we'll! ;)
Ashlan was napping so it was just me & Mady Blayke on this one. She absolutely looooves to paint so this was great for her. She did an awesome job painting the leaves and help me press them on the construction paper.
Next came the glitter....my favorite part (yes, I'm still a big kid at heart). We sprinkled gold glitter over the paint, MB had a tad bit more glitter on her side (and when I say "a tad" I mean an enormous amount! Lol) But she is a typical girl so she thinks like me, glitter makes everything better! ;)

Choo Choo....All Aboard!
Josh and I feel it is very important for both of our kids to have one-on-one time with each parent from time to time. Last night was Mady Blayke's date night with her daddy! He took her on The Polar Express train ride!! They departed from Palestine, all in their pj's, and made a round trip stopping at "The North Pole." Josh sent me pictures while they were there and said it was amazing watching her little face light up with each new exciting thing. Santa came on board and handed out jingle bells and they also got to enjoy hot chocolate and a cookie. What a great night for my little girl and the special time she got to spend with her dad. Hearing her tell me each detail with such excitement was so incredibly sweet! I love the sweet innocence of a child!
Below are the pics he sent me while they enjoyed The Polar Express! :)

'Tis the Season!
So glad to finally have our Christmas decorations up! We were waiting on Josh to be home so he could be a part of it all so it is officially Christmas time in our home! How exciting this is!! This is absolutely my favorite time of year (as it is for so many! )
I let my two princesses help decorate the tree. I did the top as dad handed out the ornaments for Mady & Ashlan to put where they pleased. About half way through I realized that about 85% of the ornaments were in one bundle at the bottom of the tree! Haha!! I had to explain to MB about dispersing evenly but I don't think she's gotten that concept yet! ;)
With Christmas music playing and a fire blazing in the fireplace, we made family memories! Baby sister tired out on us a little early so I finished the night reading MB the story of the birth of Jesus. While its fun to talk about Santa, his sleigh, reindeer, etc. we feel it is of utmost important that our girls know the REAL meaning of Christmas! Mady had a lot of questions about Mary & Joseph and loved hearing how the Savior of the world was born!
I thank God each and every day for this absolutely amazing family that I am so blessed to be a part of!
Memories in the making...Christmas 2012!
(Please excuse the quality, or lack there of, in the photos. These are all mobile uploads and my husband was also taking the pics which probably didn't help any, lol!)
